We offer maximum occupancy rates. We estimate an uptake of 32 weeks per lodge per annum, this leaves exclusive private usage of your lodge.

A two-bedroom lodge will attract rentals of up to £800 per week approximately during the high season and approximate rentals of £600 in low seasons. During major golf tournaments and other events these figures could be higher.

Assuming an average income of 32 weeks at only £700 per lodge the gross income would be around £22,400 per annum.

Deductible costs include 15% commission for all cleansing services. Site fees and utilities are the only other expenditure. This is approximately £8,000 per annum leaving an estimated net income of £14,400.
